Getting Ready to Give Birth

One year ago, today, I began transitioning from a part-time to a full-time practice. During that year I became totally enamored with the theme, "Pregnant with Possibilities." Having four children, I know a little bit about the process of creation.

How did I get pregnant...with possibilities? After a very long courtship with myself, I decided to make an honest woman out of me. I chose to commit to my heart's desire and let go of all the "others" that had been getting my attention, like a job that wasn't quite me, anymore. As you may know, when you fall deeply in love, you will follow your beloved anywhere. So, falling in love with myself meant following/honoring the longings of my heart and the stirrings in my soul. I wanted to devote my professional time and energy to the work that feeds my soul, my Core Energetics practice.  My practice has steadily grown, filling with individuals, couples, and groups dedicated to deep transformational work. 

Gestation takes time and requires lots of self-care and nourishment to bring about the healthiest "baby". I am and have been committed to impeccable self-care, balance and trust. I trust that as I follow the desires of my heart in service to the world, I am fully supported. As I follow my passion, abundance and opportunity follow me. I spend several hours most days in the "womb", through prayer, meditation, movement, and journaling.  It is a very feminine creative process, as I follow each call and next step, as it arises from within my deep connection with myself and with Spirit.

The Authenticity Project is one of the creations that is growing out of this fertile ground. It's due to begin on May 7th. I am feeling the full pleasure of it quickening inside me.
